Cancellation policy: Treatment cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the appointment time. Requests for a specific therapist are accepted, but cannot be guaranteed. If a substitute therapist is necessary, the spa will provide a therapist of the same gender. If a therapist of the requested gender is not available, the appointment may be cancelled at no charge.
